Modifications to reservation

• There are no penalties for changing details of your reservation. However, Lakeshore Shuttle and Tours reserves the right to adjust the rate based on new passenger count, location, and service type.

• We understand there may be delays due to unexpected weather conditions. We guarantee flexibility with last minute changes as long as it will not affect our commitment with other parties. 

CANCELATioNS

• Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the service day will result in a full rate charge to the credit card on file.

Payment

• All services are due upon arrival to final destination.

• Cash and major credit cards accepted.

GRATUITY

• Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
